Porcelain Veneers with Dr. Sarah Chen
Veneers are part science, part art. Dr. Chen brings both — with an NYU prosthodontics fellowship, AACD membership, and a meticulous eye for shape, shade, and symmetry that produces smiles patients can't stop showing off.

Why Patients Choose Dr. Chen for Veneers
Prosthodontic Training Most Dentists Don't Have
Dr. Chen's two-year fellowship at NYU Langone Health was focused entirely on restorative and cosmetic dentistry at its highest level. Prosthodontists are the specialists other dentists refer complex cosmetic cases to — and Dr. Chen trained alongside them. This background means she understands not just how to place veneers, but how to design them to work with your bite, facial proportions, and long-term dental health.
An Eye for Natural Beauty
The best veneers don't look like veneers. Dr. Chen takes time during the design process to consider the shape of your face, the curvature of your lips, and the way light reflects off natural enamel. She works with premier dental ceramists and uses iTero digital impressions to capture every detail — no goopy molds, no guesswork.
Conservative Approach
Dr. Chen preserves as much natural tooth structure as possible. She uses minimal-prep and no-prep veneer techniques when appropriate, and always discusses the trade-offs between different approaches so you can make an informed decision.
Preview Before You Commit
Before any permanent work begins, Dr. Chen creates a digital smile design and temporary mock-up so you can see — and approve — your new smile before a single tooth is prepared. No surprises, no regrets.
The Veneer Process with Dr. Chen
Visit 1: Consultation and smile design. Dr. Chen examines your teeth, discusses your goals, and uses iTero digital scanning to create a 3D model. She'll design your new smile digitally so you can see the result before treatment begins.
Visit 2: Preparation. Dr. Chen gently prepares the teeth (minimal enamel removal) and places temporary veneers. Impressions are sent to her partnered ceramics lab for custom fabrication.
Visit 3: Bonding. Dr. Chen removes the temporaries, checks the fit and shade of each veneer, and bonds them permanently. She fine-tunes the bite and polishes everything to a flawless finish.
Follow-up. A short follow-up visit ensures everything feels natural and your bite is comfortable. Dr. Chen provides care instructions to keep your veneers looking beautiful for years to come.
"I spent months researching veneer dentists in the Valley before choosing Dr. Chen. She was the only one who took time during the consultation to really understand what I wanted. The result is absolutely stunning — my smile looks natural, bright, and exactly like I imagined."
