Our Dental Hygienists
Our registered dental hygienists are the ones who keep your smile healthy between visits. They perform thorough cleanings, take digital X-rays, screen for gum disease, and educate patients on home care techniques that actually work. Each hygienist at Summit Ridge has completed hundreds of hours of continuing education in periodontal therapy, pediatric hygiene, and the latest in preventive care.
Patients consistently tell us that our hygienists are gentle, thorough, and great at explaining what they're doing and why. Many of our hygienists have been with the practice for five or more years — and their patients follow them by name when booking appointments.
Our Dental Assistants
Behind every great dentist is a skilled dental assistant who anticipates every need, keeps procedures running smoothly, and puts patients at ease. Our assistants are trained in digital imaging, chairside CEREC milling, sterilization protocols, and — most importantly — making you feel comfortable during your visit.
Whether they're helping Dr. Chen with a complex implant case, assisting Dr. Patel during an Invisalign appointment, or handing Dr. Vasquez the exact shade of composite during a bonding procedure, our assistants take pride in their role as the behind-the-scenes heroes of Summit Ridge.
Our Office Managers & Front Desk Team
Your experience at Summit Ridge starts before you sit in the chair. Our front desk coordinators handle scheduling, insurance verification, and new patient paperwork — and they do it with a smile and genuine helpfulness that patients notice immediately.
Our office managers at each location ensure that wait times stay short, billing is transparent, and every patient concern is addressed promptly. They coordinate between our three offices to make sure you can always find an appointment that works for your schedule — even on short notice.
Bilingual Care at Every Location
Summit Ridge Dental is proud to serve the diverse communities of the East Valley. Our team includes bilingual staff members at all three offices:
Spanish speakers are available at our Scottsdale, Tempe, and Gilbert locations — from front desk to chairside — so Spanish-speaking patients can communicate comfortably throughout their entire visit.
Mandarin speakers are available at our Scottsdale office, ensuring that Mandarin-speaking patients in North Scottsdale and the surrounding areas receive care in the language they're most comfortable with.
Hindi speakers are available at our Tempe and Gilbert locations through Dr. Patel and support staff.
